Refund Policy - PS Academy

At PS Academy, we are committed to providing quality training in SAP, Digital Marketing, and other skill development programs. To maintain transparency and fairness for all learners, the following refund policy applies.

1. Refund Eligibility After Enrollment

Students who enroll in any course at PS Academy are eligible to request a refund within the first three (3) classes from the date of course commencement.

If a student decides not to continue the course, the refund request must be submitted before or within the completion of the third class. Requests made after attending more than three classes will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, students must:

  • Submit a written request via email or official communication channel.

  • Provide enrollment details, payment proof, and reason for refund.

The refund request will be reviewed by the management team before approval.

3. Trainer Unavailability or Training Delay

In rare circumstances where training cannot proceed due to:

  • Trainer unavailability

  • Technical issues

  • Emergency situations

  • Operational disruptions

PS Academy will provide additional time and alternative schedules to recover the missed training sessions.

4. Refund Due to Extended Training Delay

If the training cannot resume or continue within 15 days due to the above circumstances, students may become eligible for a refund.

However, the refund amount will be processed after reviewing financial conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Applicable GST deductions

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges

  • Administrative processing fees (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If more than three classes have already been attended

  • If the student voluntarily discontinues the course after the eligible refund period

  • If the student violates academy policies or code of conduct

7. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any course at PS Academy, students acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
